If your Website or Web Page will not involve any complicated programming it can quite easily be created from scratch.If you want a site which needs complicated programming then you are better to buy a script and have it customized.
For Example wendyswebpagedesign.com has been Designed and Created by me, and no part of it had to be Bought from an Outside Source.
One Site which I have recently completed and built completely from scratch is Margs Animals, Marg was kind enough to provide me with some pictures of a few of her animals and I created the look of the site from these.
Normally I design the site layout and the client provides me with the content for me to put on it, but......
In this particular case Marg really didn´t know what she wanted to include on the site, so I spent many hours chatting with her on skype and finding out all about her and her animals, then used that information to create all the content of the site.
This site is a particular favorite of mine because marg is such a lovely lady and I really want to help her succeed online and raise the money she needs to care for all her animals.

Adding Graphics to Existing Site or Script.
If you want to own something like a Traffic Exchange or a Pay to Click Site for instance then unless you are extremely clever at writing the programming, it is easier to buy a script.
When you buy a script for a Website it usually just contains the necessary programming for that type of site, you will still need to create the Graphic Layout for the Web Pages and fill in the content.
Even if your script does come with a generic graphics package, You should always change most of this so that your site looks original and individual.
An Example of this which I have very recently done a lot of work on is trafficrescue.com which is a purchased Traffic Exchange from Traffic DX.
These particular scripts are extremely well protected and encoded to stop others from copying and stealing them, but this makes them particularly hard to customize.
It is necessary when working with a script to understand the script and the limitations which are enforced by it. I am Very Experienced now with Ventrino, LJ, Traffic DX and AMCS scripts, and have worked on many others as well.

Rates for Site Maintenance
Maintenance Hours do not include any time spent on creating graphics, Only time spent on installations, making changes in content and page layout, fixing script problems, tutoring etc.
If your problem is a complicated script problem, it can sometimes take a long time to find it so I will agree a maximum price with you before I attempt to fix it, price may work out to be less than agreed but will not be more.
You can pay me for my time at the following rates
up to 15 minutes $5
up to 30 mins $7.50
Up to 1 hour $15
each additional half hour (or part of) $7.50
Large Jobs of over 3 hours will be discounted to $12.50 per hour
Alternatively if you believe that You Will Need Regular Assistance you can Save Money by purchasing a Regular Monthly Maintenance Contract at the following Cheap Rates

All Maintenance contracts require a regular monthly paypal subscription, any hours not used in a particular month are not carried forward into the following month, any hours used above your contract are payable at the regular hourly rates.
